How to set up Early Watch Alert for SAP HANA

Business Scenario
For the currently supported scenarios, monitoring for SAP HANA database can be included into Early Watch alert (EWA) service for Business suite applicaition on HANA or SAP LT
Prerequisites:
- SAP Host agent on HANA appliance needs to be configured as per note 1542651
- SAP backend (SAP BASIS), SAP ABAP system needs to be set up as per note 1543278
- SAP solution manager service tools (ST-SER) are installed in SAP solution manager which is processing EWA (SAP note 569116)
- Automated service content update activated as per SAP note 1143775
Data Collection – SAP Early Watch Alert
- Bacth job triggers data collection on HANA via host agent
- Host agent starts the data collection script
- Information is passed back to background job (XML format)
- Results in background job is collected and send to SOLMAN
- EWA session is executed on SOLMAN and EWA report is created

Overview: all services are available
configuation: Parameters are set correctly
Size and Growth: Host resource utilization (disk, memory usage and space)
Performance: Workload statistics, IO statistics
Alerts and Statistics: Summary of important alerts, aggregated statistics of statistics server
